Travelink USA VIP reserves the right to lease equipment from other companies to fulfill this agreement.

Travelink USA VIP is not liable for loss of time or revenue due to mechanical failure or inclement weather.

Travelink USA VIP is not responsible for personal belongings left on the vehicle during or after the trip.

Travelink USA VIP maintains  discretion in regard to refunds due to absence of or failure of amenity  equipment such as sound system, PA system or Wi-Fi on board.

Use of alcohol, controlled substances or tobacco is prohibited on all vehicles.

Travelink USA VIP is commited to follow all rules and regulation of D.O.T. (Department of Transportation.

 We do not reserve individual seats on a bus. When you reserve a trip, you are booking the entire bus. 

 To ensure charter bus availability, it’s best to book your motor coach  as early as possible. This will guarantee you a lower rate and secure  flexibility in choosing a date. 

 After you complete your reservation with Travelink USA VIP,  you will receive your Service Agreement via email. This contains  your reservation/confirmation number and a complete itinerary of your  trip based on the information you provided. We will also, include a  credit card authorization form. With this you can submit a deposit of  25% to secure your reservation and the remaining balance must be paid on the specified time in your service agreement.  

 Neither alcohol, nor smoking is permitted on any of the Travelink USA VIP motor coaches. 

 Travelink USA VIP reserves the right to refuse charter bus  transportation to any individual under the influence of alcohol or  drugs, and that may become disruptive during the trip. Additionally, if  the driver feels threatened in any way, by a passenger, he/she has the  right to stop the vehicle until the matter is resolved. 

 We do not permit food or drinks on the bus. Please ask your driver about  the rules of their particular motor coach. All coolers must be kept in  the storage compartment under the bus. As a safety precaution, coolers  cannot be kept in the aisle. 

Chartering party is responsible to forward a final detailed itinerary 2 weeks prior to departure date. Additional charges may apply if the itinerary differs from the original service request. Changes in the  service agreement without written consent by Travelink USA VIP may  result in additional charges billed to the chartering party. Delays in  departure return time from the destination in excess of 30 minutes may  be billed additionally to the chartering party. 

 Chartering  party is responsible for parking fees. They are not included in the  rate of the trip unless otherwise noted in Service Agreement.

The  cost of repairing damage to the vehicle resulting from acts of  individuals in the charter party shall be charged to the charter party.

Travelink USA VIP welcomes your business and understands there are situations when you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip.

Cancellation policies are as follows:

Prior to 30 days, Travelink USA VIP will refund your full payment/deposit (please refer to you service agreement).

Cancellations from: 30-10 days is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

For cancellations 10 days or less, chartering party will forfeit full amount of the trip.

Drivers are permitted 10 hours of driving time and 15 hours of on duty  status within each 24 hour period. This is in compliance with Department  of Transportation hours of service rules and regulations. If you require a reservation that entails driving long distances, an option of a second driver is available. Please contact one of our  team members  at 866-USA-VIP0 (866-872-8470).

The customer is responsible to provide the driver’s private accomodation.

We offer a variety of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, vans, and limousines.

Yes, we provide airport transportation to and from all major airports in the area.

Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 Travelink USA VIP offers deluxe, fully equipped 49 and 56 passenger Motor coaches.

Amenities on board:

• Reclining Seats.
• PA system
• Wi-Fi on Board (on the majority of our coaches)
• Lavatory Facilities

Travelink USA VIP has ADA/handicap accessible vehicles in our  fleet in order to provide services to the rehabilitation centers,  assisted living facilities and veterans in the community. Please contact  one of our team members in order  to request this specific vehicle at 866-USA-VIP0 (866-872-8470).

Travelink USA VIP is not responsible for any items that are  left behind. We will make every effort to recover any customer's  belongings left on the vehicles during the trip and have it shipped to them. Please remember to collect all of your personal belongings before  the end of the trip. 

Travelink USA VIP has a network of charter bus vendors along  your trip route. Our 24 hour dispatch center will respond to any  emergency, such as a breakdown, by sending out another motor coach to  complete your trip. 

 We train our drivers to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time Travelink USA VIP is  committed to providing you with the most reliable service,  unfortunately we are not liable for loss of time, revenue due to  mechanical failure, inclement weather, traffic or bad road conditions. 

 The cost of repairing damage to any vehicle resulting from acts of  individuals in the charter party shall be charged to the charter party.

 A 25% deposit is required at the time of the reservation to secure your  transportation. The remaining balance will be due as specified in you service agreement. If the full payment is not received, your  reservation will not be guaranteed.

Your quote includes all fees except: any parking fees or any unexpected fees that may occur during the trip. Fees are based on the final itinerary.

A gratuity is a method of showing your appreciation and satisfaction for  the outstanding service however, it is up to the client’s discretion. 

Travelink USA VIP accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover,  American Express and debit cards. We also accept personal checks, bank  checks and money orders.
